My Story

Kristina Brown is the Research and Policy Assistant at HousingWorks RI, specializing in qualitative research. At HousingWorks, Kristina tracts policy intersections across community development, public health, healthcare, and workforce development. In 2004 she earned a Bachelor’s of the Arts from University of Connecticut, cum laude, in English Literature Analysis, and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts, magna cum laude, in Mixed Media Studio Practice. In 2014, she earned a Certificate in Community Development from Roger Williams University. Her interests in design, urban planning, and community development have led to a growing interest in pursuing a Master’s of Architecture.
