These courses are intended for Healthcare Professionals who may require a completion card for their job or would like to advance their education. Courses include Healthcare Provider or Heartsaver CPR,  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and more.

AHA Courses We Offer

Basic Life Support (BLS)
The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.

Heartsaver CPR

Heartsaver CPR is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This course teaches skills with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students learning of skills.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

ACLS Course is an Instructor Led Training. This advanced course highlights the importance of high-performance team dynamics and communication, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes(ACS).

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

PALS is a classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course that uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation, and team dynamics.

12 Lead and IV Skills Lab and Refresher

Reviews the fundamental knowledge of anatomy/physiology of the heart, electrophysiology, proper lead place, and understanding polarity.  In addition, you will review the breakdown of a 12-lead EKG, and analyze the complexities of abnormalities, interval lengths, depression, elevation, deflection, electrical axis, ischemia, infarction, bundle branch blocks, etc. The course includes a lecture and practical skills station.

IV/Medication Administration Skill Lab 

Is designed to assist in building hands-on skills needed to successfully start an IV.  Learn tricks to finding an appropriate puncture site and deliver an IV cannulation with ease. In addition, you will practice drawing up and administering medications.

Note: All courses are contingent on a minimum number of students.
