Meeting Workforce & Professional Needs

Center for Workforce & Professional Development

University College's Center for Workforce & Professional Development is where you look to gain or expand skills. It focuses on providing students with the professional and skills training needed to meet the demands of today's job market and with providing employers with custom training and partnerships to develop the competencies of their employees.  Whatever age and demands our students come to the CWPD with, or if they are looking to switch careers or start new ones - we ensure that all learners here are supported with what they need to meet their educational needs and career goals.

Whether you're looking to gain workforce skills or jump into a new career the CWPD provides individuals with the skills they need to advance. The CWPD partners with community-based organizations, municipalities, businesses, professional associations, schools, and others to design customized professional development and career training that addresses specific business needs.

The CWPD is here to drive growth in the workforce and meet the needs of its community partners.
