Program Director of the Technology, Leadership & Management Degree Asst. Professor of Industrial Technology

“ Through my organizational and academic path, I’ve been fascinated by and studied how workplace narratives are driven by human and technological systems; both contribute to a sense of organizational culture, human capacity and team success. My Ph.D. work in Organizational Systems through the School of Organizational Leadership & Transformation provided me a perfect place to synthesize methodologies and practices to promote positive workplace change simultaneously focusing on the organization’s interests while ensuring the people within these modern workplaces are honored for their current and potential gifts, talents and strengths. ”
